Our services include personal web showcases, self-hosted applications, experimental microservices, and interactive bots. These services are provided primarily for educational, non-commercial, and demonstrative purposes and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Open-source components and third-party libraries remain the property of their respective authors and are governed by their respective licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services and code are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Snow disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous uptime and reliability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Snow shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination & Access Restriction

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or block access to any IP address, user, or server without prior notice if we detect abusive behavior, security vulnerabilities, or violations of these terms.
